hello everyone

im thinking in upgrade my evga 660ti

had some problems with fps in some games

so here they sell cheap used gpus in my city

for ex:

Sapphire Dual-x R9 280 3gb Oc Edition

is very cheap

in thinking in buying for one of my rigs:

first rig:

i7 2600 no k

asus rog 5 extreme 1155

8gb hyperx 1600

gx 650w 80 bronze

would bottleneck this rig?

second rig:

amd fx 6300 no oc

msi 970-g43

8gb 1600

same psu

i had in the past a gtx 580 lighting no oc

with the psu

died a month ago

with 4 years of use

my question now is:

would this gpu be ok with the psu and would have any bottleneck with the intel and amd cpu?

considering that i had a high end gpu in the past

thank u all

Solution
For both of these PCs, your PSU should be plenty of power.
Even for the 970 at stock settings your system will only draw around 600w on load.
You should be fine.

thank u guys

last question

what gpu wopuld u recomend?

the r9 280 or gtx msi 770?

or my last option the r9 270

the nvidia 9x series is not a option for now

they are expensive here and also the 970s i heard they have a lot of problem with the vram

The MSI 770 is probably the best out of all of those. The 970 Vram thing isn't really a big issue, the last 500mb just runs a bit slower than the rest. Enjoy your 770!

amd is better bang for the buck. The 770 is the best one out of those, but the 280 might be a little cheaper for a less than 10 fps difference.
