Well I just installed a new AIO cooler. But for some reason the temperature reading is 140.0 C, fans are at 0RPM and pump is between 2100-2200 RPM. I think something might be wrong with the USB head I plugged it into but what do you guys think? Thanks for being the best guys.

Edit 1: Fixed fan issue, plugged it in wrong.

Well if the fans report 0 RPM's and you can visibly see they aren't running then you may not have them connected right or you have a defective unit. Do you have the fans connected to the cable that comes from the pump?

I plugged the pump fans into the FAN1 Header and that got the RPMS to display correctly. It's still showing 140.00 degrees constantly though.

I'm sorry, I didn't say that clearly. Yeah I plugged the pump into the fan header.
