What is the minimum power supply wattage required to run this rig smoothly?

You could easily run that PC on a 350W PSU, but it won't give you any headroom and the quality of the internal components (particularly the capacitors) is far more important.

Tom's Hardware has a PSU tier list at http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html which you should take a look at. Go for something in tier one or two with 500W-600W; that'll give your PC room to expand.

Minimum is a quality 400-450w but a 500-650w is recommended for some expansion room in the future.
