Hi I need help on finding

BTX Case and Motherboard need a 500w PSU unit to run a 970gtx.

Does anyone know where a power supply unit of this calibre can be found which fits inside a closed top, air fan outlet via back of BTX case only can be found?

Solution

yes. any cheap ATX tower would do, but I recommend investing a little bit and getting the NZXT s340, as both it looks awesome, and its a case that can last you for a while, both in durability, and in upgrade space.

Dell Optiplex 9020 Mini Tower Desktop is the case. Nvidia recommend 500w minimum to run the 970gtx.

Dell and other prebuilt computers have poor quality power supplies not suited for running a $330 graphics card. I recommend you buy a new power supply to ensure that you have a safe one for your new expensive card. A Tier List can be found here and shows what power supplies are good, and what ones are bad.

dude, the OP is asking for a PSU.

as for the question, BTX PSU's are not common, and the ones that exist aren't good quality. I recommend getting a new case, unless your motherboard is some propaitary dell form factory.

Sorry I misinterpreted, but BTX would be just as bad as the prebuilt ones, so my point remains.
