what do you mean by "that disk"? just locate in windows's disk manager the C drive, look at it's serial number, copy it onto a price of paper (or at least the begining), and try to see on the physical hard drives which one has that serial number.

Is it possible that the two drives are running in a RAID configuration? (1 drive showing up in windows)
