If anyone could give me some advice, I recently put together a new pc and I am having trouble getting it to start. It starts for about 3 seconds and shuts off, starts and shuts off and so on. Every piece is brand new, outside of a dvd player. I have tried removing the RAM and trying each piece seperate. I removed the cords from the Hard drive and DVD player, and removed the power from the video card. It still does the same thing. Anyone know what could be wrong?
