I am building my 1st computer ever. I got the b7 error - reinstalled the CPU and went to 1 stick of memory - then I got the b2 error. Re-installed the video card and tried new memory. STILL getting B2 error. I don't know the next step? Is this probably a motherboard thing or CPU thing? I don't know what to try and replace next? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Dear AZBoiler,
I am ASRock TSD Danny.
About b2 code, it may related to PCIE device.
Therefore we provide few ways for you to try.
1. Please refer to user manual(page 20) to clear CMOS to try.
User manual link:

2.Please install VGA card in other PCIE slot by turns for try.
3.Please re-install the CPU and check if the CPU socket pin bent.
4.If possible, please change another CPU and VGA card for verify.

Have a great day !

I got another VGA that I had. I intalled it and the GTX one I bought for this computer in 2 of the PCIE slots. I continue to get a b2 or b6 error. What now? I have re-installed the CPU once. What is more likely, a CPU problem or motherboard problem?
