Option 1 will run out of storage in about 3-4 hours after you install the OS. 120gb ssd is barely enough for the OS alone. If, you have the money to get a 250gb, you might be able to sneak by for a few months until you can add a 1tb hd. 250 is enough for OS and a few programs, but just barely. Other than that, they both look quite good. It really comes down to whether you want to game at 1080 or 1440, or possibly VR. If it's the later 2 options, then you'll need the first system, if you're gaming at 1080(for now, with other options later), the second gives you more future potential, 970 sli is pretty potent graphics setup.

where are you buying from and what are the prices?
depending on what price you're paying; putting together a parts list of your own, and having someone piece it together if doing it yourself isn't an option, may be a better idea.

the second build here but:
with an added SSD for Windows. upgrade the PSU to 700w. lower the RAM to 2x 4GB. if you are using Ethernet for internet drop the wi-fi card and the bluetooth expansion. add an optical drive if you plan on using and/or burning CD/DVD/Blu-Rays.
