here are my pc specs-
mb-e-spectrum g31
ram-4gb ddr2
cpu-intel pentium dual cpu e2200@2.20ghz
gpu-gainward nvidia geforce gt 610 3gb
powersupply-frontech
so will my performace decrease or increase in windows 10???

and one more question im asking here so as not to create another thread how do i increase my microphone volume and decrease that static noise???? and yes i want to know that the processor tweak which we do my going to run then msconfig then boot then advanced options then tick all processor then apply and ok does this tweak help anymore whenever i do this tweak my pc performance decreases whats wrong????? ;)

no man you are wrong i get some performance increase and no more stutter or lag occurs. ;)

So you're already running Win 10 and you've documented this?
If so, why the initial question?

Or is the increased performance due to the new OS install?

i haven't installed it yet but i did had it a few days ago.so i asked which version should i install ;)
