1000w is a huge current draw, even 500w is a significant constant draw. Car batteries are damaged under deep discharge which means you should never take it down lower than about 50% charge. A car battery is really not suited to this type of use, in a car they are constantly topped up.

You would be better off looking at leisure batteries used for caravans, they are designed to be deep discharged and allow you to use nearly all there capacity. However they are expensive and heavy.
