Should i buy FX 8370 with wraith or without?

Should i buy FX 8370 boxed with wraith cooler or buy it without the boxed wraith and a 80$ cooler for $40 more? its a budget gaming rig. i have a 750W PSU with a GTX 950 and a AM3+ socket mobo all in a full size thermaltake chaser so space is no problem. im not sure if i want to learn how to OC. the aftermarket cooler i was looking at won awards on this site the Noctua NH-D14. do i even need it for a 8370?

Haven't had that new cooler but from past experience with factory supplied coolers I can certainly state that they are just at the edge of being good enough and very noisy at fast revs which always happens after heavy CPU usage for prolonged time.
If you value your quiet it's better to get any aftermarket cooler with 120mm fan and 3 -4 heat pipes.
http://www.lc-power.com/en/product/power-supplies/lc-cc-120/ is very good example of inexpensive but good CPU cooler, it's better and cheaper than CM 212Evo that is so popular.
