My last one "Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB 7200RPM" was fried along with the PSU when I was downloading files, I took the cheapest I could find when I was building PC and it was 47.46 €, bad mistake I guess.
Are any of these worth attention?

I wouldn't really wanna go above 60€ but if all of these are really bad then suggest some thing else I guess.
