As the title says, is that okay? I have no plan in overclocking.

My current system:
Core i3-3240
MSI H81M-P31
8GB RAM
GTX 750 Ti (upgrading to GTX 980Ti)
Silverstone Strider Essential 500W 80+ Certified

Would a Seasonic M12II 620W EVO be enought for a GTX 980Ti Xtreme Gaming Windforce? It required 2 8-pin connectors. Again, I have no plan in overclocking BUT I do plan to upgrade to Intel Core i5-6600, H110 board and maybe a liquid cooler (for aesthetics)

Solution
It will work without problems,

I wouldn't recommend a liquid cooler due to the fact that they barely perform any better than their air counterparts and there's also the fact that it may leak conductive fluid if an error in the manufacturing process occurs- though I must admit that it is quite rare.

Are you saving up for a better system as a whole? I don't know if it sounds harsh, I hope not atleast, but a GTX 980 Ti deserves a better quality system than an i3 processor with a very budget H81 motherboard. You won't see It's potential. Imagine, you could build an entirely new i5 Skylake system with the money you're spending on a GTX 980 Ti. Keep the GTX 750 Ti, and upgrade the GPU to Nvidia Pascal in the summer I'd say.

Thank you! Yeah but I'm doing it for aesthetic purposes. If it performs the same as a stock cooler it's fine. AIO Liquid Coolers look pretty neat

And upgrade to Pascal in the future. It's really the best thing to do imo.

Hey man! I appreciate your help, but like kwa-e said, I only won this card. Would have never got a card of this caliber in the first place since I cant afford it (still a student, no part time job, from the Philippines) so I decided to keep this card because hey, it's not everyday you get to have a $600 GPU :) anywaaaaaaaaaaay, I do plan to upgrade to an i5 some time this year :)
