Gaming on a Budget($900)- Is this setup Good ?

I am buildina a gaming rig on a budget of $900.

I just wanted everyones opinion on it.

I personally think it's pretty good, but do you really need that DVD-ROM?

Your build will work as is.
Some thoughts:

A i5-4460 comes with a adequate cooler, but I presume you already own the aio cooler which is ok.
A 120gb ssd can fill up quickly. With ssd prices down, I suggest 240gb or even 500gb and omit the hard drive, at least initially.
I like Samsung and WD better for quality.

With skylake now available, I would really suggest a skylake based build.
For most games, a i3-6100 will game better than a I5-4460.
Particularly for mmo, sims, and strategy games.

Only if your game is multiplayer would I think a true quad like a i5-6400 would be better.
