Hello everyone, so my problem is I had the 4 sticks of total 16 gb RAM on my X99 board, and thought I would buy some more. Bought exactly the same 4 sticks of RAM, same speed, same timmings, everything.

Still it seems like it's giving me problems, I have tested all sticks separate and see no faulty ones. 4 sticks in are fine but when I put all 8 in everything gets wierd, lags and a felling of instabillity in games. Like when you overclocks a cpu too much.

The silly thing is that all numbers are fine. Temps, fps, ping, usage, everything looks normal, but stil instabillity.

The RAM I'm using is the HyperX 2400Mhz Predator DDR4 ofc. And the mother board is Msi X99S Gaming 9 AC. My cpu is an Intel 5960X. Need more info?

Solution
Yes, and would be better with a 4x8GB, a little less stress on the MC (Memory controller), Ripjaws 4 are very good on the X99 platform if available

I tried but but unfortunately my BIOS didn't have any VCCSA option. Also, my RAM is att auto on 1,1350 V, if I raise it 0,1 that would be 1,450, is that safe?

I'm too tired to look into that right now. But let's say I'm that kind of a guy who likes stuff to work from start, could I buy a 8x4 kit instead and it will work from the beginning?

I still can return it without cost, just a couple of Days ago I bought it.
