Hey guys, i'm making my first PC and i chose the processor i5 4690K but i'm not sure what case i should buy. Here are the 4 i have found:

Corsair 200R (sorry no link)

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/zalman-z9-windowed-tower-case-black-ca-038-za.html?gclid=CNmZ-N3uossCFeTnwgodTX8M_Q

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/fractal-design-define-mini-micro-atx-case-black-ca-042-fd.html?gclid=CKr3qeLxossCFcoJwwodnrgBFQ

Also do you think the processor is a good choice or is it possible to go cheaper without compromising too much performance.

Any other components i could use or any advice would be very appreciated.

Thank you for your help...

You're really fixed on having that ssd.I would leave it out and use the money for other parts.

I would look at these options, difference is case and motherboard,

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor (£96.99 @ Ebuyer)
Motherboard: ASRock B150M Pro4S Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (£62.16 @ More Computers)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (£37.49 @ Ebuyer)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£37.98 @ Novatech)

And no INTEL beats the 8350 or FX chips due to the fact that the way DX11 handles draw calls requires all the load to be put on the first core. This requires strong single core performance which something the 6100 is good at compared to the older FX chips like the 8350- which chokes at the very mention of IPC.

This is just pure speculation at this point but if DX12 is implemented properly then there may be a time where the 8350 pulls ahead of it's i5 brethren due to the fact that the overhead is spread evenly throughout the cores

There is soo much wrong here in that build !
The motherboard brand should be exchanged for an Asus or Gigabyte board for best support, durability , and features . In this order from best to worst ... Asus-Gigabyte-Asrock . Wonder why when I went to micro center they told me they get soooo many returns from Asrock boards . I frown upon then .
There is a huge bait and switch scandal on those v300 series ssds.
Obviously western digital spanks Seagate for quality and reliability.
And did you not see what I said ? About the AMD Fx line chips ? How they will be better for dx11 if it is designed well .
The I3 from Intel stutters and struggles on today's latest games . It gets stuck at 100% usage on titles like GTA V and the Witcher . Leaving no headroom for multitasking in the back ground . Dual cores are obsolete for games now . We are seeing that in the G3258 . We are -STARTING- to see that in the I3 lines .
Thanks !

NEW UPDATE iv kept the AMD but i get this compatibility error for most of the mother boards i choose:

Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs.

Should i worry or should i ignore? Ive also found another cheap ssd so please run this through:http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/mtLBNG
i might upgrade the cpu later but im definetly going to upgrade the graphics card in the distant future.

NEW UPDATE i think this is the set up im going with (thanks for all the help):

The i3 isn't a true quadcore, but has hyper threading so still does fine in games that "need" four cores. There are some rviews about it,look them up.
The psu is imo a very nice choice for that price.Other more well known and probably better regarded option would be this little cheaper XFX,

If you want that Thermaltake case in the first build is that fine of course. ;) Saves some money, might just look odd with the motherboard being those colors and m-atx size.
