How do i restore files on another PC, which i backed up with transcend elite software ?

When you use software to create backups, you must use that same software to access those backups.

Using file backup software could create problems further down the road, if, for example, the backup software doesn't work on a later Windows version, or it becomes obsolete. That's why I always backup my data manually, using copy/paste or drag/drop, and why I always advise others to do the same.
