Corsair vengeance 16gb

Bought 16gb vengeance ram for my pc couldn't get it to work now old gskill ripjaws won't work either. I've tried reseting cmos motherboard is asrock extreme 4-m cpu i5 3750k psu coolermaster silent pro 850w. Gpu Asus 660ti. All fans run can hear hd but just getting a black screen any ideas to fix???

Have you tried hooking up to the mobos video? Resetting CMOS puts all at defaults, so your Primary video is set back to the mobo output

yes ive tried all this and unplugging all attached to motherboard and reattaching. the vengeance work on my old pc as do the old ripjaws. but now nothing working in newer pc

Is the DRAM fully seated, the clips whould pop up and lock themselves in. Might consider benching it, have a guide here:
