Changed Bios - Black Screen

Hello i have a lenovo pc and i foolishly changed bios video settings from auto to igd saved and now my monitor is black is there any possible way to fix this? Thank you in advance.

Then try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute). Or connect the monitor to the motherboard and see if getting signal. If yes, revert the setting in BIOS.

He used a desktop. Try opening a new thread. If under warranty, I suggest RMA-ing the laptop.

Yea i have... Nothing happens, same old black screen. I mean, the computer turns on, but no beeps or any shutdown, just remains black as if i would have turned it on normally...
