I just finished my first build. The Mobo is a MSI Z170A Gaming M5 with a 6600k i5 CPU. Upon starting the PC, the mobo lights start and every fan does. No hard drive in the PC yet ( this could be the issue, I've got no clue ) but I'll be getting that today or tomorrow. Whenever I turn the PC on, the HDMI display does not show up. It's not as if it's a black screen, but it just doesn't pick it up as its sending anything. I wanted to look at the BIOS but I can't see anything.

it will still display with no hard drive
did you connect the 8 pin motherboard cable?
plugged into motherboard graphics or a graphics card?

not finding much for error code 19 for msi boards-- if you have the user manual handy it should list the debug codes and what they mean
