Motherboard ports on right side? Can't fit gpu,help

So i bought gtx 750 ti from gainward and so i tried to install it but pci-e x16 is on right side and i was like wtf, and i cant put gpu because its not upside down (upper bracket is on io ports on mobo)

Problem is that dual slot cards need a second expansion slot, but that would extend the 'wrong' way and there won't be room there.

Only single slot GPUs will work in these cases. (A lot of the times the GPU will also hit the chipset heatsink if tall enough)

What system are you using for this upgrade? Is it a prebuilt computer?
