I'm not a native english speaker, so excuse my grammar errors

I'm building a new gaming pc and my goal is to make it future proof. I'm getting a i5 6600k and can't decide what motherboard should I get for it. I will be overclocking the cpu. I don't care what the motherboard looks like as my case does not have a window. I won't be SLI:ng my GTX 970. I don't need m.2 slots. Easy overclocking would be nice, good audio too. My budget is about 160€. What should I get from theese ones, and if not any of them please recommand me something better.

- Asus Z170-P -> 126€
- Asus Z170-A -> 154€
- Asus Pro Gaming -> 156€

- Asrock Pro4s -> 122€
- Asrock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming -> 150€
- Asrock Extreme4 -> 164€

- Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P -> 141€
- Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI -> 153€
- Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3-EU -> 157€

- MSi Z170 tomahawk -> 149€
- MSi Z170 Gaming 3M -> 160€
- MSi Z170 Gaming Pro -> 165€

Would a cheaper motherboard like the asus z170-p be enough, or would it be worth it investing more to something like z170-a?

Solution
Minor, the Z97-A has a PCI slot, an additional fan header, a water pump header, DTS Connect, BIOS Flashback, it uses the Realtek ALC based Crystal sound vs the Pro GAming with the RT 1150 based SupremeFX sound, they use different networking software Turbo LAN vs the Gaming's Game first software. The Pro Gaming has a little better BIOS

That AsRock Z170 Extreme4 looks the most promising out of all of those, AsRock usually gives you a little more bang for your buck, some boards of theirs have a history of being finicky but as of late, I haven't heard anything, so I'd go for that one. The 10 power phase will be nice to be overclocking that 6600K, it also seems to carry some pretty nice audio config.

Plus it looks slick af.

You probalby meant z170-a.
Is the crsytal sound better than the rt 1150? And is the turbo lann tehcnology better than the Pro Gamings version. Does one of them overclock better than the other one?
