not sure if this is the right place to post but....

i bought a note 4 on ebay a year ago that just got blocked from the mobile network because the original owner never payed the phone off and closed his account after the sale.

until l i figure out what to do as far as service i was looking for a way to have GPS navigation offline

any suggestions?

You can download a map for offline use from google maps on your PC and then save it to phone.
Now you have to save maps for the entire trip, so if you were to travel 500 miles you would need to save every inch of map from source to destination.

You can try taking your ebay receipt to show you purchased it legally.
Otherwise this might be a expensive lesson on making sure esin number is clean and that both your wireless carriers and the phone's original carrier have acknowledged the sale of the phone to you.

Google now has offline maps. You need to download them to your phone for use offline.

Then there is my personal favorite Sygic. It's a full blown GPS navigation. One time purchase gets you free updates for life so it's a great deal.
