Should i upgrade or it will be worst?

Hello im think of upgrade but im not sure if should
Current build:
Moba:Asus p8h77m-pro (3 years)
CPU:i7 3770 (3 years)
Ram: G.skilll ripjaws cl7 1600 Mhz 16gb (4gbx4) (almost new)

What the upgrade would look like:
Moba:MSI B150 GAMING M3 SKT 1151
CPU:i5 6500
RAM: 16gb (8gbx2) DDR4 2133 Mhz

Keep in mind i wont spend almost anymoney in the upgrade (20 euros or so) with the selling of the other parts and buying from promotions and supliers.

That would be a logical upgrade, but would you want a GPU?

That cannot be called as a "upgrade"
DDR4 doesn't really make a difference, and CPU becomes weaker

May be 3 generations ahead but intel's been milking it's costumers with 5% increases every generation- keep your CPU and upgrade everything else instead.

Probably not your best bet. As a matter of fact, that hardware you have now really isn't that bad. Maybe wait for another generation to upgrade. Do you have a GPU? If so, have you considered upgrading that?
