Looking for the best cheapest gaming keyboard and mouse! Any suggestions!? I don't want to spend too much.

Might want to consider upgrading the mouse before the keyboard, as accuracy usually matters the most. Here are some of the few cheaper ones that are pretty decent.

Rival 100
G100s
Rival 300
Zowie Fk2/za11/za12/za13

As for the keyboard, you honestly will be fine with anything with decent key feel. Consider the 15 dollar keytronics as they feel pretty damn good to type and game on, if you're strapped but you want a mechanical one go for the 40$ Aula with blue kailh switches
