r9 380 oc 0% diffrence?

(my cpu is a fx 8320 at stock speeds) i have a asus r9 380 and i overclocked it +140MHz clock and +152MHz Memory (and then adjusted the voltage and power) and i tested it on bf4, heaven and msi kombustor and the non oc was..

BattleField 4
Stock: 62fps Average
OC: 64fps Average

Heaven
Stock: 59fps Average
OC: 62fps Average

MSI Kombustor (GPU core burner (Furry Donut)
Stock: 93fps Average
OC: 97fps Average

so is this just my cpu bottle necking my gpu?

If during gaming your cpu is 100% and your gpu usage not at 99% atleast then is a bottleneck.But dont think that gpu oc will make great difference.In my system with 750ti oc +300mhz clock +1200 memory i have only 3-5 extra fps.
