This APU runs at 3.3GHz to 3.7GHz boast I am trying to overclock the base to 4.GHz what are the steps that i need to take example the correct voltage i should use

Solution
Any motherboard with a 4+2 power phase ( like yours) will not overclock well. Your motherboard does not have heatsinks over the VRM and that is not good either. You also want to overclock with the stock CPU Cooler which is not designed to cool an overclocked CPU. I'm afraid you will just have to stick with the boost. Going from 3.7GHz to 4.0GHz will not do much anyway, I doubt you will see an increase in performance.

Yeah, I had a feeling That my mobo and cooling system Would hold me back, But saying that I attempted to Overclock, The results were not satisfactory , Attempting a jump to 4.0GHz made application such as valley benchmark run extremely unstable, But The Good news, I Didn't do any damage to my CPU, Going back to Default settings seems to run all application fine and I found No damage to components, Thank you both for You're help :)

No problem Sam, glad we could help.
