Catalyst missing AMD virtual super resolution.

I've been using AMD Radeon settings for my R9 380X for some time now and i had to unistall it and get catalyst because of the core clock bug,but now Catalyst is missing the "virtual super resolution" option. With Radeon settings i was playing GTA V on 2K/Max settings and 40-50fps and i was happy, but 1080p looks horrible and i can't change it to 2K because Catalyst is missing the "my flat panels" option that i have to use to go into VSR.
How do i fix this?
Trying to set the resolution manually just gives me an "out of range" error.
And yes,i have used DDU to completely wipe all the drivers first,i've done it in safe-mode as well.

That setting is not the same thing as changing your resolution, so you can't just set it manually.

This is what that option does "Effectively, VSR provides a Super Sampling Anti-Aliasing (SSAA) feature for the games and applications that do not natively support that functionality."

How to enable it is here, about mid way down the page http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/VSR.aspx

So go into the GTA V options and see if it has the SSAA option in settings.

This is a good quality but very hardware intensive way of Anti Aliasing.

Don't know if you researched things a bit, here is a comparison of AA options and how it affects performance and quality in WOW http://eyesofthebeast.com/2015/01/wows-patch-6-1-anti-aliasing-options/

I use MSAA for anti-aliasing, I think it's the best one for quality vs performance.

But it still renders it at an higher resolution.
"How to enable it is here mid way down the page",seriously?
Have you even READ my post? I said that i was missing the flat panels option, which i need to enable VSR.
I don't use AMD Radeon Settings (Crimson) anymore because it has a bug/problem which makes it drop clocks every so often.
And Catalyst is of course, missing the flat panels option,so,basically, your page didn't help at all,re-read my post,i've already seen that page and it basically shows an "ideal" situation where Catalyst (or Crimson, for that matter) are not riddled with bugs.
If you don't understand, here's a screenshot of my Catalyst : http://prntscr.com/ab8h3s ,as you can see, there is no "My Digital Flat Panels" option, that's my problem, and from what i've seen through google, others have stumbled into it as well, saying that Catalyst 15.7.1 fixed it for them,it didn't fix it for me so i'm basically looking for a working, non bugged Catalyst.
It worked on Crimson so there is no reason Catalyst shouldn't be able to do it,it's the same VSR,is it not?

You have a "My VGA Displays" did you look there? Is your monitor connected to a digital output like DVI or HDMI?

If you compare your screenshot to the one in their support page, there is not "My VGA Displays" there. I don't use Catalyst but to me that looks like you are not using a digital connection to the display, but using the VGA connection. Which is why you don't have that option to begin with.

I'm using DVI. (My R9 didn't even have an VGA slot to begin with)
Also, how is it possible that i can't use that option with Catalyst when i could use it with Crimson?

Maybe the older drivers don't have that option. I just built a new system with a Radeon card, with the latest drivers, and on DVI I had the Digital Display option on my system. But that's with the latest drivers. The fact that it lists your display as VGA and not digital is a bit odd. Did you check with AMD support? Or check for the same setting in GTA V instead of using the AMD drivers to set AA settings?

Even though i was literally using it 2 days ago with Crimson.
Yeah,i hardly believe that. My card is obviously an R9 and the R9 380X is basically an R9 285.
Please do some more research before you post.
