LCD: LG 22EA53VQ-P 21.5
GPU: VTX Radeon HD 7870 Black
CPU: Intel i5-4670 3.8 GHz Haswell
MBO: Asrock s1150 B85 Pro4
RAM: Corsair 8GB 4+4 DDR3 1600
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1000GB
PSU: Corsair 500W CX
DVD RW: RW RAM LG DualLay SATA
Mouse: MS X3ME
KEYBOARD: Zalman ZM-K400G gaming keyboard
CASE: Zalman Z9 Plus
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

My first guess would be either the RAM or PSU, although, if they were the problem, I would expect restarts(reboots, not just games crashing to menu). You could try running MEMTEST 86 to rule out the memory.

Are you overclocked at all? If so try setting everything back to stock.

I would have to say your PSU isn't up to snuff and causing your issues as mention run memtest to rule out bad memory sticks and work from there.. Also you could run a stress test as well if many of the online benchmark programs available.

You got it wrong. Games are NOT crashing to the menus, Whole computer Shut himself down when games are in the menu or when loading times...etc...I play GTA 5 and when i get in the menu PC reboots no crashing or blue screen, like you just plug him out of a wall and then plug it back in..thats happening in the rocket league also main menu just PC reboots....i can play battlefield 4 for 15 hours on max settings no Reboot...Please someone help

That puts the PSU as the main culprit. I would want(just me) at least a 650 watt unit from Seasonic, EVGA , Antec or XFX.
