Hi, I want to know if this is compatible
i3 6100 support 1.35V rams and the Kingston (HX421C14FB/4) is at 1,2V .... is this okey or it has to be 1.35V ?

Yes. 1.2V is the standard for DDR4 memory, which is typical memory to use with 6th gen Intel CPUs. The 1.35V is meant for those running DDR3L RAM. Just make sure you get a DDR4 motherboard.
