Looking for confirmation that a EVGA GeForce GTX 750 TI SC is compatible with my Gateway DX4860-UB33P.

Some comments I've found say it will not work due to a BIOS issue, and others say it works great.
Per CPU-Z, Motherboard = IPISB-VR (P02-A2)

Comments are about 50/50 that the machine will post, but just to a black screen with a flashing cursor, and others say it works great and is a good upgrade.

UPDATE - I'm leaning towards the MSI GTX 750 TI due to a physical BIOS switch on the card - Hybrid or Legacy BIOS support whereas Legacy will supposedly work with my PC.

I am upgrading from an HD4850 that failed, and I have updated the PSU to a Corsair GS 600W.

I'm looking to bridge the gap in price/performance until I can purchase a new up-to-date gaming pc, so if this will work, I will be in good shape for the near future, and be able to play games (including new ones) by adding this card with DX11 support.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide so I won't be flushing $$ down the toilet :)
