Need help picking the best parts for a custom computer. (2000€ max)

Recently I've been saving up for a new computer, I currently have around 1800€ and I already picked all the parts I need to build it, but I am unsure if I made the right choice.

Here is an image of the parts I picked at the website of my local component store:

My questions are:
1.Is the motherboard fine? Or should I opt for a higher priced one? Like the Msi H170 Gaming M3 Intel H170 SK1151?
(I don't like seeing my PSU at a higher cost than the mobo, it's a bit odd.)

Is the Cooler Master V750 Modular 80Plus Gold worth the extra money (40€+ in the store) over my current PSU?

My case supports a total of 9 slots for fans, 3 front (1 included), 1 rear (included), 2 side (140mm), 2 top (Where the radiator will go), 1 bottom, and I was planning to fill the entire case with them to make a positive pressure (less dust)
but after some quick search online I found out that too many fans might be less eficient. What do you think? Should I change the type of fans, remove them completely or leave it like that?

If you have any other suggestion on what parts should I pick feel free to tell me.
Please consider that I don't want to pay over 2000€ and that also I am planning to overclock the cpu and gpu.

That's pretty much it, thanks!

Unfortunately there are no EVGA PSUs, and the only XFX 750W PSUs there are are these ones:
XFX Core Edition PSU PRO 750W - 108,90 €
XFX ProSeries 750W Modular 80PLUS Bronze - 115,90 €

Are they still a better choice than the CX?

-Corsair HX750i - 80+ Platinum (Full Modular)
-Corsair AX760 - 80 PLUS Platinum (Full Modular) - Finishing at 185€

PSUs not in the 700-800w range.

From seasonic:
Seasonic S12-600 600W - 90€
No seasonic products with higher wattage.

From antec:
Antec EDGE EDG650 80PLUS Gold (Modular) - 130€
Antec VPF 550 80PLUS Bronze - 70€

From cooler master:
Cooler Master V650 Modular 80PLUS Gold - 133€
Cooler Master G650M 80PLUS Bronze - 89€

I ran a calculation on this website http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator
It told me I needed at least 700w power supply, that's why I'm going for 700-800w PSUs

I made a second calculation: http://outervision.com/b/mXxyKP

Let me know if you need anything more.

Are you meant to OC the cpu to 5ghz? That's hard to achieve, even with the best cooling. You can't even OC on a B150 board.

And 1500mhz for the GPU, that's quite insane. I don't think you won't be able to achieve that on an air cooler, you would need a custom loop.

When i put in the specs at stock speeds it recommends 490W. 650W is more than enough, even with mediocre overclocking.

The Seasonic S12II 620W is a great unit.

I'll be using the Msi Z170 Krait Gaming Intel Z170 SK1151 you told me, as for overclocking, according to this video:

The G1 Gaming 980 ti can achieve massive clock rates by itself, and they overclocked it up to 1481MHz and as far as I know they didn't use any custom loops. Something I noticed though that seems a bit weird is that the memory clock is freaking 7010 MHz, both that video and my local store's website say it.

And according to this video:

They overclocked their skylake 6700k to 4.7Ghz and were running it on a Liquid cooler just like mine.

The settings I put on the PSU Calculator were for extreme cases of overclocking, they had to be above what most people can achieve. Even though I'll problably won't overclock to such extreme speeds like 5Ghz and 1500Mhz, I will problably get close to those values, and so a good PSU is required, also because I'm planning in the future to buy another 980 ti to run sli since the motherboard you suggested supports it.

I'll stick with the XFX ProSeries 750W Modular 80PLUS Bronze.
As I mentioned earlier, there are no EVGA PSUs in my local store.

Here's the updated (final?) list:
