Hello, I have a problem, I googled my PC's symptoms but couldn't find a solution, but this website is regularly shown in results for these kind of problems so I thought i'd give it a go.

My PC specs are this:

Motherboard A55iCafe
8gb RAM (1 1333Mhz 1 1600Mhz)
CPU: AMD A6-3670 APU 2.7ghz
GPU: R9-280A
Power: Corsair CS600
OS = Windows 7

The problem is, about 3 days ago I was cleaning dust from my case, and ever since that when I do something on PC, about few hours after I turn it on and do stuff (watching videos, gaming etc...) it starts to stutter/lagg.

By that I mean for example when I play CS:GO and the ping and FPS is perfectly fine, I get this stutter/lag like I have a high ping, same stuff happens when I play offline games and sometimes when I watch videos on windows media player, it stutters/lags for 1-2-3 seconds then It's fine for a minute then it comes again etc etc, so I turn the PC off, wait half an hour to hour and start again, and it again stutters/laggs after a few hours.

One time today I was playing a low-req game, stardew valley and had Opera open in the background, and about 10 tabs open, 2 of which were livestreams and after a few hours of playing/watching (both the game and opera running) it both stopped working and they both got the "not responding" thingy.

I should say that the mouse pointer never laggs, the problem seems to be about processes running.

What I've tried to do:

I've checked the case to see if I messed something up while cleaning dust, but I don't think i did (though I'm not sure, not really an expert).

I've ran Hard Disk sentinel program that I've seen someone used on this website for their problem, but the program says the HDD is perfectly fine at 100% health.

I've checked temperatures with Speedfan, and they're all fine, better even i think since I've cleaned the dust from the case.

I've tried Windows solution thingy where windows looks for the solution on Internet, but it didn't find anything, BUT it did say this:

" ?arobnjak za otklanjanje poteško?a s dijagnostikom

Its in Croatian but it basically says that the problem wasn't solved, but i figured the "DAtoteke koje pomazu pri opisu problema" bit might be useful, that basically means that the Files that help to describe the problem and it lists that stuff that comes next.

I'm really out of ideas what to do, I've tried googling everything, I've posted on reddit, but got no replies, don't know what to do...

I really hope you guys can help me and thank you in advance!

Solution
Slow downs after a while of using it point to a heat issue first, but you checked temps so that may not be it. I'd still doublecheck all the fans, make sure they are all running, run the system with the case open and watch things. How did you clean the system? Just with compressed air or what did you use/do?
