Is the CL difference between these Ripjaws V and Trident Z significant?

Hello.

I recently purchased some Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) modules for a new system I'm building. I haven't finished the build, and I haven't opened the RAM package yet. I was looking at the Trident Z DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) modules, and their CL is a little lower than what I got. Everything else seems the same to me. My question is: Is this difference significant enough so that I should consider returning the Ripjaws V and get the Trident Z modules?

Ripjaws V - CL 16
16-18-18-38

Trident Z - CL 15
15-15-15-35

Thanks in advance.

The CL15 would be slightly better, and give a little more OC headroom - they cost a bit more but they also come in CL14 (more OC headroom) I grabbed a set of the TriZ 2x16GB in 3200/14 and they are great sticks. Straight up performance wise doubt you would notice the difference between the 15 and 16...If thinking OCing, the lower is better

Thank you for your quick response. I do plan to OC my i76700k to no more than 4.5MHz. Will my memory support it? If the Ripjaws won't let me reach that high, would they at least allow me to reach 4.4MHz?
