I built a custom pc for gaming around 3 months ago and up until now it has been working smoothly.I used to consistently get 300 fps in CS:GO, but I am now getting 100-140 fps and fps drops down to 50-80. It is also taking an extremely long time to open the game. After clicking play and showing that the game is running, it takes 30 seconds for the game to open a black screen and another 30 seconds for the game to actually start. I tested this with other games and they are slow to open as welI can't figure out what is wrong and help would be greatly appreciated.
