What is the process to change a blue lit power button on a Zalman Z3 plus?

Update, it was just a loose connection, the led light on the power on switch now works thank you.

If you're talking about replacing the stock power button with one sent from the Zalman factory then removing the front bezel and top frame to reach the PCB under the button.

If you're asking how to change the LED color, that my friend, will only take place by modding either the PCB or adding an aftermarket button to the chassis(which also means you have to mod the case-drill a hole or cut a part o f your case).
