Will a 750 watt power supply work with a r9 380 graphics card?

I am building a new pc with a 750 w power supply and everything is working fine but my graphics card and I was wondering if it was because of my power supply

This is wrong. A system with an R9 380 will be fine with a quality 500-550w unit.

A quality 750w unit like the EVGA G2 is sufficient for 2 x 380s in Crossfire.

So no, probably not the power supply. At least not from the power supply being insufficient to power the card. It could be defective.

My issue is that the fans for the card will spin but it won't display anything to the monitor, everything else in my system is working properly
