DNS Server not Responding Windows 10

I setup my new internet setup today switch wifi router etc. everything works including all windows 10 pcs but my gaming pc connected via Ethernet wont work I get an error saying DNS Server Not Responding. I fixed it once by typing netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt into cmd when I shut it down, turned it back on same issue this time "fix" didn't work.

Anybody know how to fix this annoying issue? Thanks!

Not sure if this will work but try
Cmd > ipconfig /release > then ipconfig /renew
This fixed it for an issue we had once.

worth a shot eh?
oh that is very strange my only next guess would be something like a gateway address. But even then i doubt it would be that.
Have you tried switching Ethernet cables and ports it's a long shot but still.

Yes I did! Heres a twist, I tried system restore, it failed so I rebooted my pc to find out now its up and running! I have noticed these issues seem to be happening in certain intervals so still please keep me posted thanks for your time and help. I will give an update on my status.

Okay, I found the article that i used when our DNS sever was giving issues not sure if it will provided anything new but here you go.
http://Timed out error
It still shows working with win 7 but it's not to much different.
