Noob Question Incoming About Bios Update

I bought a new gpu(r9 380x) yesterday...i installed it and nothing show up in the monitor ... so i call customer service and the employee tells me i need to take it off and update my bios ... and afterwards install it again .... my motherboard is gigabyte b75m-d3h .... i visited the site of gigabyte and see the downloads about bios .... so here is my question ... i should download every update is newer than my current version or download the newest update ????

You don't list your motherboard, and it's relevant information,
but I'd also be very surprised if your mobo needs a BIOS update to run a graphics card.

You just need to update to the latest BIOS, you don't need to download each one and update.

Did you do the update? If so, did it get the motherboard to recognize your new graphics card?
