My Laptop is shutting down when CPU Usage goes up. with this I really am in trouble too for My project is 2days from now, in connection with this I would like to be answered ASAP.
Problem goes like this...
I have this video editor and I've edited almost 20 mins of video with so much features and happening in this video, I suspect this is the cause of high CPU Usage. Then I am rendering this video to be .mp4 to be officially played anywhere, when the rendering is on process I hear this very strong wind blowing sound coming from the laptop or device I have a little removable cooler. (I mean the cooler isn't in the device itself it's attached in a usb port) then the laptop shutsdown I add an electric fan to help in cooling (NOT SURE If the temp is the prob), I estimated that the laptop lasted longer but still shutsdown, not enough time to complete the render...
As I can see from the task manager on the column "Memory (Private Working Set)" the number is almost 500k kb...
