Didn’t receive a free game with GTX 980Ti

Hello,

So I bought Asus ROG GTX 980Ti Matrix a couple of weeks ago and I didn’t receive Rise of the Tomb Raider with it.

Newegg was saying that I’d receive one. I wasn’t sure if it was gonna be a code or a physical copy, but I checked my email and the box itself, nothing was there.

What should I do? :(

It would be a CODE, possibly on a piece of paper with a game image. It may even be an e-mail, but regardless as said just contact NEWEGG.

Did the site specifically say it was included at the time you purchased the card?

When i checked just now they're listing "The Division" as the free game but perhaps this changed?

*At the NVidia site they're saying "sorry this promotion has now finished" so...?
