It'll work just fine for what your wanting to use it for. The only thing may cramp you a bit is the 120gb ssd. You will only be able to install windows and a game or two. Other than that it will work fine for gaming and streaming at the same time due it being 8 core. My son uses the 8350 for exactly the same thing and has no problems at all, He also uses skype at the same time and the games are fluid no stutters at all. You will be happy with it i believe.
