CPU's frequency at 100% load at all times
Title says it all. Ill snap in a ss though!
I did use msi's ocgene thingy.
Also reinstalled windows 10.
Any more tips?

EDIT:
This doesnt affect my pc's performance somehow, dont really know why.
I am asking a cpu pro about this so I'll keep this post updated.

You are right, its not really harming for your pc. It is however for your power bill. What are your specs? if you are using an ASRock motherboard, go into EUFI BIOS, disable CPU OC Fixed mode so SpeedStep and Turbo options come up. If you dont have ASRock you already have these options.You carn turn both SpeedStep and Turbo on, if ur having temp issues turn off Turbo. Then go into Advanced config, CPU configuration, scroll down untill you see C3, C6 & C7. Turn of 3 and 6 and turn on 7. Save and exit. At boot GHz will be a little high but thats normal. After 20 seconds or so it goes down. Putting your power management to Balanced might also help if you are still getting high frequency's all the time. This worked for me. It was at a...

I also watched my other pc for its stats and that cpu frequency was at 81-100% at all times, so maybe its not a problem?

Also played some games, CSGO ran at over 500fps, dont think this is a problem :)

It was at a constant 3,6GHz and idling at around 35-40C now its perfectly fine. Hope it helps you too. :)
