My gateway has been giving us issues over and over again, I've tried everything, rebooted, replaced, almost replaced the firmware at this point. The wired connections never seem to stop working, but devices like Iphones won't connect at all at times. I've captured the traffic in wireshark to see what's going on expecting to see some sort of handshake going wrong or giving a wrong transfer, but there was NOTHING, no traffic from the Iphones. I'm not sure why it's having these issues. It's usually everyone getting knocked off at once and I don't know why that is. I've also tried calling my ISP, they don't help much with this, they just recommend a factory reset and call the issue a "glitch". Any help is appreciated.
