I do not overclock my cpu, but I do overclock my GPU. i have a g1 970 graphics card. Should I go for asus or gigabyte one?
I also have a amd 8350 processor
both mobos have great o/c ability. i would prefer the gigabyte as it is one of the newest products, unless you can find the asus considerably cheaper. i cannot see why one would choose one of these if o/c isnt on his plans though! also your overall performance would greatly benefit from o/c . it will be easier for your cpu in order to keep up with gtx 970.

I hear the ASUS products are more of a quality build and more reliable than Gigabytes, is this true

thats a generalization that i wont agree with . all vendors usually have products that span from bad to great. those specific mobos are both great.
