I need help. When I restarted my pc, the computer boots into Windows Boot Manager. There are two options, Windows 7 and Windows 10 (recovered). I chose Windows 10 (recovered), and then the screens says:
File: \Windows\system32\win.load.exe
Status: 0xc0000428
Info: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file

I have no idea what happened. I need help as soon as possible.

Hi

you have to tell the PC to load the operating system from the DVD or USB when you switch on
Either gointo the BIOS (or UEFI) and select boot order

Or if your PC supports it at power on Press F12 (Dell), F11 (Toshiba) or F8 (Asus) which gives you the choice of what to boot up from.

Read the motherboard user manual or PC user Guide to find out if your PC support this.

Note the MS Media Creation tool burns the ISO to disk or makes a bootable USB
Unless you really know what you are doing you should leave it to the MS Media Creation Tool

Did you use this tool or try to make a bootable USB or DVD from the ISO your self?

Before this happend, I was just playing a game of deathmatch in Black Ops 3 with an xbox one controller. I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 three or four months ago. When I select windows 7, it sends me to Startup Repair. When it is done "repairing", it says:
Windows cannot repair this computer automatically. If you have recently attached a device to this computer, such as a camera or portable music player, remove it and restart your computer. If you contunue to see this message, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance. Click Finish to exit and shut down your computer.

Hi

Do you have a windows 10 dvd or bootable usb?

If not get one from Microsoft
You can download the ms program which downloads the iso and puts the iso onto a dvd or usb for you

Then boot from the win 10 and try a automated repair if this does not work lookup the commands to manually repair the boot manager files

There are faqs on the subject

Okay, I tried to burn the iso onto a disc, then I put it in my disc drive. Everything seemed to be alright, until the window logo appeared. nothing else happened, no animation for the loading screen or anything . I used the usb method, same thing happened. I don't know what happened. I will try to search through the internet. It would be nice if you know how to solve this problem. I will try to notify you when this problem has been solved.

This PC is custom built. The specs for my PC:
CPU- AMD FX-8320 Vishera 8-Core 3.5 GHz
GPU- Sapphire Radeon R9 270x
RAM- 8 GB
MOBO- MSI 760GMA-P34 FX
PSU- EVGA 500 B1 80+ Bronze
I could press the delete button to go to the bios.
My PC does support this, but won't work properly for some reason. Maybe it's hardware issues? Or software issues?
I tried to make a bootable USB with the MS Media Creation Tool.

Thanks.
