Me and my ister decided to get our mom a new laptop,since her old one was not even usable,since it kept freezing.We bought this laptop,since it seemed ok for what she does(web browsing and microsoft word)And it seemed fine....until i started to use it.I noticed that the loading times were just awful.it took me 2 minutesfor it to start up!and itometmesfreezes while loading web pages.Is there a problem with the laptop

That isn't real great so the long boot up and loading time don't surprise me too much. A SSD would help to mitigate that. But it definitely shouldn't be freezing on webpages. Have you tried different web browsers just to see if it is an install issue wioth that browser?
