can i use hyperX Fury 4GB DDR3 1600mhz to mother board P7H55-M LE??

Hi,

im using P7H55-M LE mo'bo , i7 870 8mb cache processor, 580w psu, just wanted to ask can i use
kington hyperX Fury 4GB DDR3 1600mhz. PLEASE HELP thanks. (POOR ENGLISH)

It's probably an older line, maybe of value DRAM, the NT series of GSkill value DRAM uses the low density chips that are generally needed for H55 mobos. Should (hopefully, be able to get the model number using the free app CPU-Z, look in the SPD tab at "Part number"

Might want to check that - the Fury run off PnP which is NOT SUPPORTED by the H55 chipset. PnP support didn't come into play till the 1155 mobos, P67/H67 chipset. They are additionally made with high density memory chips and few H55 mobos can accept those either.

Alright then. Tradesman1 was correct, H55 chipset motherboard can't handle 4Gb DIMM chips, as it only supports 2GBit chip densities.
I thought it would be supported because I used Kingston HyperX Savage in my old PC (with a Sabertooth X58). Being the same generation chipset, I thought it would be compatible. Good shout!

BRO IM USING 4GB DDR3 RAM IT STILL WORK FINE WITH MY MOBO

JUST DUNNO WHAT TYPE OF RAM IM USING.. IT COLOUR GREEN THAT WHAT I SAW
