Active USB ports causing PC to hang/freeze

I have noticed that my PC will hang/stop responding completely after 5-10 minutes of being on whenever there is a device connected to a USB port. This happens if there is anything in any USB port, front ones or back ones, The PC will run fine as long as there is nothing in the USB ports. However, the computer is completely fine in Safe Mode, even when there are devices connected to the USB Ports. This seems oddly specific and was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how I could fix this myself before taking it to a PC repair shop, Thanks
