best low profile gpu for 90 usd?

hey, im looking for a low profile gpu. i play payday 2 and im looking to play on medium and on 900p resolution also csgo and i want 100+ frames. thanks

You can find a Zotac Geforce 750Ti for 100$ right now both in newegg and Amazon. It should be able to do medium-high in both CS:GO and Payday 2 at your resolution of 1600x900. Might even be able to max out Counterstrike to be honest. I understand your budget is 90$, but for 10 more this board is about the best value you can get. For 90$ you'd be looking at ~30-40% less powerful boards.
